Callback Audio ("we," "our," or "us") develops audio software for mobile, desktop, and plugin platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all Callback Audio products, including mobile applications, desktop applications, and audio plugins in VST3, Audio Units (AU), and AAX formats (collectively, "Software").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Callback Audio products are designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. Specifically:

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
We do not collect usage data, analytics, or telemetry.
We do not track your activity within the Software.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
Our Software does not require an account or login.
Our Software does not connect to any servers operated by Callback Audio during normal use.

All audio generation, audio processing, and related operations occur locally on your device. No audio data, user content, session information, or usage patterns leave your device through our Software.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Software is distributed through third-party platforms. These platforms may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Third-party plugin marketplaces (e.g., Plugin Boutique, vendor websites): refer to the respective marketplace's privacy policy.

If a Callback Audio product uses a third-party license management system (such as iLok), that system may collect account and activation data subject to its own privacy policy. Callback Audio does not have access to data collected by license management providers.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services into our Software.

3. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because our Software does not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children are necessary.

4. Data Security

Because our Software does not collect or transmit any user data, there is no personal data at risk of unauthorized access. All processing occurs locally on your device.

5. International Users

Callback Audio is based in the United States. Because we do not collect or process personal data, no cross-border data transfers occur through our Software.
